Some stats from the TELUS camp regarding 2010 calling and texting. They stated that wireless and wired networks experienced 35 million calls but their text messaging jumped almost 3 billion from 2.7 billion sent and received texts to 5.4 billion.
The Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA) says that on average Canadians send 4.6 billion text messages a month (averages out to 55 billion for 2010)… curious where the other carriers line up.
