This “superphone” is expected to hit Bell’s shelves on August 2nd and will probably follow shortly to Virgin. This will be Virgin’s second LTE-enabled smartphone – the first was the Samsung Galaxy S III.

There’s no word yet on price points, but Bell will be launching the ATRIX HD for $600 outright. As for the specs, this Android comes with OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.5-inch 720p display, 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera that captures 1080p videos, and a 1780mAh battery.
