Fido starts selling the Motorola RAZR HD, available only to select customers

The Motorola RAZR HD LTE was released by Rogers at the beginning of October. It’s a powerful device that comes runs Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich, has a 4.7-inch display, and a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor.

Now, according to this internal doc, it’s being offered at sub-brand Fido. Apparently the RAZR HD is restricted to “existing Fido customers renewing their agreement” and is “not available in store.” Those select customers will reportedly get a text saying they’re the chosen ones and can upgrade, but will need to sign up on a 3-year with a monthly data plan. The cost is the same at Rogers on $100 on a 3-year. Check out our full review here.
