Apple Canada shortens in-store iPhone return window to 15 days

Apple Canada has closed the confusing return policy that negatively affected customers of its online store. Previously, customers buying an iPhone at a retail store could take 30 calendar days to return their in-good-condition device, while online orders were subject to a 14-day return period.

In order to minimize confusion, the in-store return policy is now 15 calendar days from the time of purchase, which is still one day longer than the Apple Retail Store’s US counterpart, but we’ll take it.
