Motorola has released an update for its Motorola Assist app. This isn’t a major update, and Motorola hasn’t offered much in the way of information for what it contains. However, if you were having problems with the calendar or voice reply functionality, this update might fix your issue as the app description says version 2.3.15 contains “important bug fixes” for these features.
Motorola Assist arrived with the Moto X in 2013 and is supposed to help keep your phone out of your way. The app speaks your messages when you’re driving, silences your phone when you’re sleeping, and sets an auto-reply when you’re in meetings.
