In an attempt to make it easier for its customers to understand their monthly bill, Fido reworked its paper and digital bills in July. Now, the sub-brand of Rogers is doing the same with its iOS and Android app.
Featuring a “brand spankin’” new design, the app allows Fido customers to see a complete overview of their wireless usage, including voice, text and data. In addition, there is the option to pay one’s bill within the app with the direct billing setting.
Fido says that the app is only available to post-paid accounts and not to those on a prepaid plan.
On Thursday, Fido launched its home internet service in Southern Ontario.
