Samsung recently released the Galaxy S25 series of flagships, but the company reportedly plans to show off its A56 and A36 in March. Further, a new leak from the prolific Evan Blass has shown images of the upcoming Galaxy A56.
According to the CAD renderings, the Galaxy A56 will be available in four colours: grey, pink, black, and green. The rendering also shows a new camera module, which houses three camera sensors with an LED flash. Additionally, the smartphone will sport the “Key Island,” which features a noticeable bump on the right side of the handset that houses the volume rocker and power button. The phone is rumoured to sport an aluminum frame, a glass back, and a hole-punch camera on the front.
The cameras reportedly include a 12-megapixel selfie shooter on the front, a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide, and a 5-megapixel macro lens. While the camera module is redesigned for the A-series, it’s not all that different from what we’ve seen from phones in the past, like the Huawei P30 Pro.
The Galaxy A56 is also rumoured to sport a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The handset will also sport an Exynos 1580 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
Samsung is rumoured to show off the Galaxy A56 next month alongside the A36. Despite being a mid-range handset, the A56 looks pretty great.
