If you want to save some money on a MacBook Air and you like to shop at Costco, the retail giant has a digital coupon in its app that knocks $150 off the price.
This brings the base model M4 MacBook Air in Sky Blue down to $1,239. To find the coupon, you need to sign into the Costco app (iOS/Android) and then tap on Savings in the top left of the ‘Explore’ page. On the next screen, select the ‘Costco App Exclusive Coupon’ heading and then you can scan it when you shop in stores at Costco. The deal expires on May 18.
Unfortunately, you can’t redeem this deal online, but as we work through the summer, there are likely to be many other back-to-school sales on MacBook Airs. Staples, Best Buy, and Walmart will all likely discount some older models and last year, Apple offered $200 gift cards with MacBooks and some AppleCare+ discounts.
This Costco deal is a good way to get the latest chip and colour for a discount, but most prospective Air customers would likely be happy with the M2, M3, or M4 models since they all perform similarly for everyday tasks.
We’ve also seen some incredible deals in the Apple Refurbished Store. Earlier this year, there were M3 models for as low as $1,079 and M2 units for $879.
