It’s shaping up to be a busy week for gamers. PlayStation announced that its next State of Play will take place on June 4, 2025.
The State of Play will stream on YouTube and Twitch starting at 5p.m. ET/2p.m. PT and will feature “news and updates on great games coming to PS5.” Per a post on the PlayStation Blog, the show will run for over 40 minutes.

However, PlayStation hasn’t shared any details about what to expect. That said, there are a few upcoming PlayStation titles that will likely make appearances. There’sĀ Death Stranding 2: On The Beach,Ā Ghosts of Yotei, andĀ Phantom Blade 0. We could also see Bungie’s upcomingĀ MarathonĀ game, alongsideĀ Hell is UsĀ (Canadian),Ā Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and more.
The State of Play adds yet another gaming event to a week already packed with gaming events. The Nintendo Switch 2 is launching later this week, Epic is holding its Unreal Fest, Summer Game Fest kicks off on June 6, and Xbox has a showcase on June 8. All told, it’s going to be a busy week for gamers.
