Koodo is bundling charging bricks with some of its phones

Get a 25W charger when purchasing select Androids with a Tab

Koodo is bundling wall chargers with some of its phones until May 15. In a bizarre mood, the Telus flanker brand is including a dbramante1928 25W wall adapter and charging cable with select Android devices.

This is available online only for new activations and add-a-line customers with an eligible device on a tab. Koodo says that the dbramante1928 Charging Bundle will be shipped with or following the shipment of your device.

If you haven’t purchased a smartphone in the past few years, you may not know this, but phones don’t come with wall adapters anymore. This started with Apple in 2020, and Android manufacturers followed suit over the years.

The companies that made this move say it’s for environmental reasons; however, it always felt like this was to keep their dollar down.

According to Atlantia Canada, the wall chargers cost $29.99. Koodo offers this bundle on several of its devices.
